n The Role

n

n As a Lea sn ing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying leasing opportunities, building a strong tenant and broker network, managing negotiations, and driving transactions from initial lead to successful closure.

n Key Resp on nsibilities

n Drive ln easing and occupancy targets across assigned properties. Develop

n and execute effective leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. Generat

n e new business through direct sourcing, broker networks, channel partners, referrals, and market outreach. Build a

n nd maintain robust relationships with HNI clients, corporates, tenants, property consultants, and brokers. Conduct

n property presentations, site visits, commercial discussions, and negotiations. Lead th

n e complete leasing cycle—from lead generation to negotiation, closure, documentation, and handover. Negotia

n te rentals, deposits, lock-in periods, escalation clauses, fit-out periods, and other commercial terms. Track t

n he leasing pipeline, conversions, inventory, and revenue through regular MIS and reporting. Monitor

n market trends, competitor properties, rental values, and tenant demand. Work cl

n osely with legal, finance, operations,



and property teams to ensure seamless transaction closure. Develop

n long-term relationships with existing tenants and identify opportunities for renewals and expansion. Consist

n ently achieve and exceed monthly and annual leasing targets.

n Who We’r en Looking For

n 4–8 ye an rs of relevant experience in real estate leasing / commercial leasing / retail leasing / high-street leasing. Strong

n understanding of the Delhi NCR real estate market. Proven

n track record of achieving leasing targets and closing transactions. Strong

n existing network of brokers, channel partners, corporates, and prospective tenants. Excelle

n nt negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills. High ow

n nership, strong commercial acumen, and a results-driven approach. Ability

n to independently manage multiple deals and negotiate complex commercial terms. Profici

n ency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and MIS reporting.
