We’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic Team Members who enjoy working with people and want to grow with our team.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. Understand customer requirements and help them choose products. Prepare and serve products according to MyFroyoland’s quality and hygiene standards.

Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the outlet. Ensure products, counters, equipment, and displays are well maintained.

Follow standard operating procedures for food preparation, service, cleaning, and closing/opening duties. Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.



Handle customer questions and feedback professionally.

Support the team during busy periods, weekends, and special promotions. Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies. Contribute to a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For: Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage, but freshers are welcome .
