Job OverviewWe are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly upon arrival and seat them promptly.Present menus, make food/beverage recommendations, and answer questions regarding ingredients or preparation.Take accurate food and order details using POS systems or order slips.Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct meal preparation.Serve meals, drinks, and side orders efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards.Prepare and present bills, process payments (cash/cards/UPI), and hand back correct change.Transparent tables, replace linens, and sanitize dining areas between guest visits.Handle customer complaints politely and report unresolved issues to the manager.Key RequirementsEducation: 10th pass / 12th pass preferred.Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates (prior restaurant experience is a plus).Skills: Basic communication, active listening, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude.
