Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role manages front-of-house and back-of-house activities, including staff supervision, shift planning, and coordination with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality, hygiene, and service standards.

Manager monitors sales performance, manages inventory, and ensures adherence to company policies,



food safety regulations, and brand guidelines. The role also involves handling guest feedback, resolving service issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

- Strong financial acumen with skills in P&L; Management and Budgeting.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Experience in Hiring, training, and supervising diverse restaurant teams.
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in high-volume outlets.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
