Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Restaurant Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The candidate will coordinate with the service team, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team during daily operations.

- Welcome guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

- Take and coordinate food and beverage orders accurately.

- Ensure timely and proper service of food and beverages.

- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.

- Coordinate with the kitchen regarding orders, special requests, and service timing.

- Handle guest queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.

- Assist in assigning duties and managing staff during shifts.

- Ensure compliance with restaurant service standards and hygiene practices.

- Check that tables are properly set before and after service.





- Coordinate with the cashier and other departments when required.

- Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

- Train and guide junior service staff on service procedures and customer handling.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service preferred.

- Graduate or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.

- Good knowledge of restaurant service procedures.

- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

- Good leadership and team-management abilities.

- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.

- Well-groomed, courteous, and presentable.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
