Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and coordinate effectively with the service and kitchen teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of restaurant service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team during daily operations.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and qualified service.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and attend to their requirements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and timely service.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with chefs and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and guide waiters and junior service staff on service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene,



and proper restaurant setup at all times.
- Monitor table turnover and ensure efficient service during busy hours.
- Check bills for accuracy and assist with payment-related queries.
- Maintain proper inventory of service items and report shortages.
- Ensure compliance with hotel/restaurant policies and safety standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and customer-service goals.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or in a similar restaurant service role.
- Experience in a reputed hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and team-management abilities.
- Well-groomed, polite, professional, and presentable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
