Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Kochi.

The Restaurant

Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high-quality standards for food and beverages.

Responsibilities include managing staff, conducting recruitment and training, monitoring inventory and supplies, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability. The role requires maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to create a positive dining experience.
- Effective communication skills to manage and lead a team, as well as interact with customers and vendors.
- Experience in hiring, training,



and managing restaurant staff efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, quality control, and inventory management.
- Organizational and leadership abilities to ensure smooth daily operations and address any challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
