Role Description The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. You will act as the clinical bridge between our global patients and India's top medical specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret medical reports to support the planning of treatment pathways.
- Assist in clinical coordination between patients, treating physicians, and partner hospitals.
- Ensure accurate documentation of clinical information for second opinions and medical travel.
- Oversee medical aspects of patient transfers and escorts.
- Contribute to training and clinical support for staff and partners on patient safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid medical council registration.
- Prior experience as a Resident Medical Officer or similar clinical coordination role, preferably in multi-specialty or tertiary care settings.
- Clinical expertise in Medicine and Patient Care with the ability to assess cases and provide sound medical guidance.
- Experience in surgery coordination or surgical case management.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and international medical teams (Proficiency in English is essential).
- Willingness to work in office in Gurugram and adapt to cross-cultural healthcare contexts.
