Historia Hotel & Spa, Udaipur is looking for a professional, organized, and guest-focused hospitality professional to join our Front Office Department.

2–3 Years** of experience in Hotel Reservations / Front Office / Hospitality Operations

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Depending on knowledge & experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Reservation Executive to manage hotel reservations, booking inquiries, room inventory, and guest communication. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of reservation procedures, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle individual, corporate and group reservation inquiries

✔ Process room bookings, amendments, cancellations and confirmations accurately

✔ Maintain updated reservation records and booking documentation

✔ Monitor room availability, inventory and rate plans

✔ Manage and update reservations received through OTA and online booking channels

✔ Coordinate with Front Office,



Sales and Revenue teams for smooth reservation operations

✔ Handle guest queries through calls, emails and other communication channels

✔ Follow up on pending bookings and ensure timely confirmation

✔ Assist in room upselling and promotion of hotel services when required

✔ Prepare daily/weekly reservation reports as required

✔ Ensure all reservation activities comply with hotel SOPs and service standards
