ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced Research & Publications Manager to manage research support, academic publishing services, journal verification, author coordination, publication operations, and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage research papers, review papers, thesis, dissertation, synopsis, and research support
- Assist with research methodology, literature review, and academic writing
- Identify and verify suitable Scopus & Web of Science journals
- Work with Clarivate Master Journal List, Google Scholar, Crossref, DOI & ORCID
- Verify journal indexing, ISSN/eISSN, publisher details, scope, and publication status
- Coordinate manuscript submission, peer review, revisions, and publication tracking
- Manage author and researcher communication
- Develop academic/institutional partnerships and B2B clients
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and support business growth




- Manage editorial and publication workflows

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3–7+ years’ experience in Research & Publications, Academic Publishing, Research Consultancy, Journal Management, or related fields
- Strong practical knowledge of Scopus, Web of Science, Clarivate, Google Scholar, DOI, Crossref & ORCID
- Knowledge of journal selection and verification
- Understanding of research methodology and academic publishing
- Experience in thesis/dissertation and manuscript support
- Solid communication, coordination, and client-management skills
- Business development experience in academic/research services is preferred

EDUCATION:

Master's / M.Phil. / PhD in a relevant discipline will be an advantage.
