- Bachelor's degree from a Tier‑1 institution, with robust academic performance and analytical rigor.

- Prior experience covering U.S. equities preferred, including familiarity with sector dynamics, financial modeling, and earnings analysis.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable investment recommendations.
