Business Operations Executive

- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in business operations, client coordination, or B2B sales support (FMCG/Food sector experience preferred).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Management, or related field.
- Salary: Commensurate with experience & industry standards.

Role Overview This hybrid operational and B2B growth role bridges sales execution, order fulfilment, customer support, and administrative workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

- Process & Database Management: Maintain organized databases for B2B leads, quotations, order dispatches, and payments using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- B2B Outreach & Quotations: Prospect B2B buyers via B2B portals (IndiaMART, directories), dispatch product samples, issue formal commercial quotes, and drive deal closure.
- Fulfilment & Logistics: Coordinate directly with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to verify orders, oversee dispatch schedules, and track nationwide shipments.
- Customer Support: Manage client inquiries, facilitate invoice/payment follow-ups, and resolve delivery concerns promptly.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written command of English and Hindi (and designated regional languages where applicable).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) for tracking and analytical reporting.
- Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable taking end-to-end task ownership in a high-growth environment.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally or outstation for regional client meetings, trade visits, or market research as needed.
