Company Description CSV Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is a valuation and engineering consultancy company registered under the Indian Companies Act 1956 and formed by a team of qualified, experienced engineers. The organization operates from its head office in South Delhi, with branches in Jaipur and Indore.

CSV is supported by registered valuers and consultants, along with more than 30 field engineers , technical and non-technical office staff. The company is in process of rolling out version 2.0 of its propriety web application for report preraration and generation.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kailash Colony, New Delhi.

The Report

Preparer will prepare reports for various clients based on formats shared by engineers, keep note of real estate trends in designated areas, coordinate with clients and clarify any queries regarding the cases, coordinate with site engineers for urgent tie-ups or instructions from bank, review the formats from site engineers for any discrepancies and assist corporate RE valuation team with report preparation on need basis.





Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and draw transparent, evidence-based conclusions.
- B.Tech./B.E/ Diploma Civil/BBA/ MBA is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and summarise reports.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a collaborative office environment.
- Prior experience in valuation is preferred but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates with strong fundamentals.

Remuneration

- Freshers/Interns - 10-15k per month
- Experienced - 20-35k per month (based on experience and skillset)

Probation

- All new hires will be on probation for minimum 3 months
