Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sanganer. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their housing finance needs, and guiding them through loan products and processes.

The Relationship

Officer will manage end-to-end interactions, including lead generation, customer meetings, documentation support, and follow-up to ensure timely loan approvals. Daily tasks include explaining product features, resolving customer queries, coordinating with internal teams such as credit and operations, and ensuring a smooth service experience. The role also includes achieving sales targets, contributing to local market development,



and upholding compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Business Relationship Management skills to develop, nurture, and sustain long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, preferably in housing finance or banking, to explain loan products, eligibility, and basic financial terms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening in customer-facing situations.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle queries, provide support throughout the loan lifecycle, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, meet assigned targets, and contribute to business growth.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in housing finance, NBFCs, banks, or other financial services will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Sanganer, familiarity with the local market, and proficiency in regional languages and English will be beneficial.
- Strong ethical standards, integrity, and adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements are expected.
