Description

Developer Tie-Ups & Updates: Partner with CAT A Listed developers who are already have a tie-up with Prudent. Ensure we only market RERA-compliant projects, and regularly update our internal team on upcoming, high-quality properties.

- Lead Coordination & Sales: Work closely with Mutual Fund Sales RMs and Prudent Channel Partners to handle the leads they share. Keep them updated on the progress so we can close sales faster together.
- Marketing & Site Events: Promote our preferred real estate projects across different communication channels. Organize on-site events for clients, RMs, and partners to boost sales.
- Developer Meetings: Hold regular joint meetings with developers to discuss current project launches and check the progress of ongoing construction.

Desired Profile Relevant experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
