- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company products and services aligned with their needs.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including documentation, verification and KYC compliance.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
- Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer profiles and needs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to provide service updates, share new product information and strengthen engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client requests.
- Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition, revenue generation and client retention.
