Role Overview

Drive sales and end-to-end processing for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and mortgage top-up loans. Manage channel partner networks and deliver monthly loan disbursement targets.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Sourcing and closing home loan and LAP leads to achieve monthly volume targets.

​Build and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and real estate consultants.

​Guide customers from application through legal/technical verification, credit assessment, and final disbursement.

​Cross-sell property insurance, life insurance, and retail banking products.

​Ensure regulatory compliance, strict KYC checks, and clean documentation.

​Requirements:

​Education: Graduate or MBA in Finance/Marketing.

​Experience: 1–5 years in retail lending, mortgage sales, or asset distribution.

​Skills: Solid sales drive, channel management, basic financial evaluation (ITR/Bank statement analysis), and mortgage documentation knowledge.
