Responsibilities

Achieving the business targets assigned in terms of up selling, enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships.

Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs

Ensuring the highest levels of service to the client /HNI customers

Providing Investment planning and advice

Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product mix

One-point contact for the assigned customer

Acquisition & Servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.

Provide and develop solutions and suggest schemes to clients based on their requirements and goals.

Increase client databases by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing ones and hence build AUM.

Review and diversify existing client portfolios on a regular basis and provide guidance accordingly.

Achieve financial goals of the clients through various product lines.

Update and cross sell products to existing clients and update them about the primary and secondary market trends.

Update self-regarding all schemes, products and solutions by regularly attending training.

Share regular communications with clients regarding information,



research and material of the organization.

Conduct regular marketing activities with the regional marketing and product team by showcasing our products and features and generate leads.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation/ MBA

Additional Certifications/Trainings (desirable)

NISM Certification 5A/21A

Prior Experience

3 - 4 years of experience in sales with CEC/ Wealth Management/ Broking firms.

Conscientiousness when dealing with achieving targets.

Experience with working under compliance guidelines and closely monitored and response to any request for documentation.

Domain Knowledge

Positive to excellent understanding of Mutual Funds/Financial Products

Good in domain knowledge and communication skills with existing direct relationships of the AMC

Product Knowledge have a detailed knowledge of all products related to mutual funds, Alts and PMS.

Financial planning/ Investment Advisory have thorough financial and sector knowledge as well knowledge of competitors, must provide sound and reliable advice to clients
