Seeking a Dynamic Relationship Manager for a BFSI brand in Gujarat!

Job Responsibilities:

● Strong skills in relationship management, client engagement, and customer interaction

● Proficiency in financial products, specifically Loan Against Property (LAP), with expertise in sales or business development

● Knowledge of compliance and risk policies, coupled with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

● Competency in managing targets, reporting, and driving team performance

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients

● Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a high-paced environment

● Experience in the financial services sector with a focus on mid-market or retail businesses is preferred

Job Requirements

● Experience: 2 to 8 years of experience in front-line LAP sales.

● Education: Full-time Graduate is mandatory. MBA is a solid advantage.

● Current Profile: Must currently be working in a corporate structure.
