Job Summary

Up-to-date Multi Speciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Department (ED) Staff Nurse to join our emergency care team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department and be capable of delivering prompt, efficient, and compassionate care to critically ill and injured patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition.
- Provide immediate nursing care to emergency and trauma patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly identify changes in their condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures, resuscitation, and trauma management.
- Perform CPR and respond effectively to medical emergencies.
- Prepare and maintain emergency equipment and ensure crash carts are always ready for use.
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and nursing interventions.




- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and referrals.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care.

Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing , GNM qualification, OR ANM
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department (ED) is mandatory.
- BLS certification is required.
- ACLS certification is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Emergency Department (Mandatory) Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing, Or ANM

License: Valid Nursing Council Registration

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
