Job Profile – Regional Head / Business Development Manager -Industrial Sales

Location: KARANATAKA and gujarat-ahmedabad n kuttch

Department: Industrial Sales

Experience: 5–15 years preferred

Industry: Piping / Valves / Pumps / HVAC / Fire Fighting / Water Treatment / Industrial Products / EPC

Key Responsibilities

Develop industrial sales business across region

Identify and generate new business opportunities with industries, factories, OEMs, EPC companies and project contractors.

Meet industrial consultants, project engineers,



purchase teams and decision-makers.

Promote KPT piping systems and provide product presentations and technical information.

Develop relationships with consultants and get KPT products specified in projects.

Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up for orders.

Handle existing customers and develop new accounts.

Regularly visit industrial projects, plants, consultants and contractors.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain customer visits, leads, enquiries and follow-ups in CRM.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in industrial sales / project sales / B2B sales.

Candidates from piping, pumps, valves, HVAC, compressors, fire protection, water treatment or other industrial products will be preferred.

Should have positive contacts with industries, EPCs, consultants, contractors and OEMs.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively
