Role Purpose :-Lead Facade Project Sales in Builders Segment as an individual contributor

Lead and scale Facade project sales across South India driving revenue growth, expanding key Builder accounts, and building strong relationships with architects, builders, developers and contractors. Own regional targets, project pipeline, closures and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Market:-

- Drive regional project sales revenue and market share For Facade division
- Execute state-level project sales strategy
- Identify recent project opportunities and key accounts
- Track competition, pricing and market trends
- Build strong relationships with architects, PMC, developers and contractors
- Drive specifications, approvals and project conversions
- Coordinate with marketing, design and technical teams.

Operations & Governance.

- Ensure pricing discipline, margins and contract compliance




- Coordinate with factory, logistics and finance for smooth project execution.

Candidate Profile.

- 8-20 years in Project Sales / B2B Sales in Faade Project sales
- Strong network with architects, builders, developers and consultants
- Proven regional leadership and large project closures
- Experience with CRM, forecasting, budgeting and pricing
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
