Regional Head - Market Expansion and Partnerships (South & East)

We are seeking two highly strategic, passionately driven, and relationship-oriented Regional Head to own and expand our partner ecosystem across India.

We want a high-energy go-getter who thrives with limited direction, commands a room, and takes complete ownership of their market. You will engage with top-tier university leaders and C-suite corporate executives to drive Accreditations, corporate partnerships, and memberships

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion

- Own the Market: Design and execute regional partnership strategies to drive aggressive growth and extend presence across your designated zones (South & East).
- Identify & Onboard: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective relationships, driving discussions from initial contact to final closing
- Brand Ambassador: Represent at major industry forums, academic conferences, higher education events, and meetings with government bodies or industry associations.

1. High-Level Stakeholder Management

- Academic Relationships: Build trusted, executive-level relationships with Vice Chancellors,



Presidents, Provosts, Principals, and Deans to implement Accreditations and programs.
- Corporate & Ecosystem Alliances: Secure high-impact corporate partnerships, memberships, and alliances with corporates and through EdTech players to foster widespread upskilling.
- Influence & Negotiate: Command high-level meetings with university management and corporate executives, effectively communicating our value proposition.

1. Program Launch & Partner Success

- Launch & Lifecycle: Collaborate with academic partners to design and launch current programs, ensuring smooth end-to-end implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Product, Marketing, Education, and Membership teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience.
- Data-Driven Growth: Monitor regional performance, utilizing market insights and competitive intelligence to continuously maximize learner outcomes and partner retention.
