Key Responsibilities

- Use multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social platforms, and internal referrals.
- Manage recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and maintain databases.
- Provide timely updates and communication to candidates for a smooth hiring experience.
- Drive volume hiring when required, and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Contribute to recruitment strategy and process improvements.
