Take on the roles that match your expertise and network

Source, screen and submit candidates through the platform

Track every stage — each update from the employer reaches you,



with the reason

Close placements and get paid once the candidate joins and the employer pays

What you'll need

Prior recruitment / talent-acquisition experience (agency or in-house)

Your own network of candidates in one or more domains

Robust sourcing, screening and candidate-management skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and remotely A laptop and a reliable internet connection
