About the Role

We are looking for a young, highly creative, and social-media-native Reels & Shorts Lead to own short-form content across YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. The role will involve leading a team of 15 to 20 members and driving content innovation, execution, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end Reels & Shorts content strategy, planning, and execution.
- Lead and manage a team of 15 to 20 content professionals.
- Identify trends, formats, and content opportunities across YouTube and Instagram.
- Experiment with different short-form formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and A/B testing to improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with faculty and content teams to ensure effective content implementation.




- Handle challenging conversations, resolve conflicts, and drive solid team collaboration.
- Track content performance and continuously optimize for views, engagement, retention, and reach.
