About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive / Talent Sourcer who can help us build a strong pipeline of accounting and tax professionals for our growing U.S. client base.

This is a hands-on recruitment role focused primarily on candidate sourcing, initial screening, coordination, and maintaining a quality talent pipeline.

You don't need to be a U.S. tax expert.

However, you should be comfortable learning accounting and tax terminology and identifying candidates with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job boards and other channels

*Build candidate pipelines for:

Bookkeepers

Accounting professionals

Tax preparers

Senior accountants

Reviewers / accounting team leads

*Review resumes and shortlist candidates against defined job requirements

*Conduct initial phone/video screening to assess:

~Relevant accounting/tax experience

U.S. client exposure

~Accounting software experience

~English communication skills

~Shift and availability requirements

~Overall suitability for U.S.-facing roles

*Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and the hiring/technical team

*Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups

*Manage the candidate journey from sourcing through offer and joining





*Build a ready-to-use talent pool for upcoming client requirements

*Coordinate with leadership and operations on hiring priorities

*Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates

What We're Looking For?

~1–3 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience

~Experience recruiting for accounting, finance, KPO, BPO, outsourcing or similar roles is preferred

~Good sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment channels

~Strong communication and interpersonal skills

~Good English communication

~Ability to conduct structured initial interviews

~Comfortable working with recruitment targets and multiple open positions

~Good follow-up and coordination skills

~Ability to understand requirements quickly and identify relevant candidates

What Would Be a Strong Advantage?

~ Previous experience hiring bookkeepers, accountants or U.S. tax professionals

~ Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero or U.S. tax software

~ Experience in an accounting outsourcing, KPO/BPO or CPA-support workplace

~Existing candidate network in accounting and taxation

~ Your primary responsibility will be:
