- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and university faculty
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments
- Partner with HR team to ensure seamless candidate experience

We're looking for a seasoned Recruitment Specialist with expertise in both lateral and campus hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting top talent from premier institutions, including IITs and NITs.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with focus on lateral and campus hiring
- Proven track record of recruiting from IITs, NITs, and other premier institutions
- Immediate Joiner are Highly Preferred
