About the Role

We are a boutique recruitment firm by the name Locus Enterprises based in Delhi, with 25 years of experience specializing in mid- to senior-level hiring across the Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, and Technology sectors.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 2-6 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client interaction, and ensuring timely closure of positions across Banking and Financial Services clients on a PAN India basis.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant who enjoys working on challenging mandates and has the ability to identify, engage, and close the right talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other subscribed databases.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer/joining follow-up.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.




- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Utilize social media and other professional platforms to identify relevant candidates.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable profiles accordingly.

Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI Recruitment and/or Technical Hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other recruitment databases.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
- Target-oriented approach with a strong focus on timely closure of requirements.
- Willingness to take on challenging recruitment assignments and deliver results.
- Ability to source relevant candidates through subscribed databases, social media, and skilled networks.
