Position: HR Recruiter (Hindi)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our HR team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 58 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, preferably from Logistics, Power, or Mining industries. The role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency in multiple languagesEnglish, Hindi, and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
- Partner with business heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, skilled networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates suitability, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS for management review.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and timelines.




- Represent the organization professionally in all interactions with candidates and external partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 58 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Industry Preference: Logistics, Power, or Mining.
- Strong understanding of technical, operational, and functional roles across industrial domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi (Mandatory), and Tamil
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment platforms.
