Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Recruiter at Lotus Care IN. The Recruiter will source, screen, and interview care professionals, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for skills, reliability, and compassion.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, building talent pipelines, coordinating selection processes, and supporting candidates through onboarding.



The role also involves collaborating with operations and care coordination teams to understand staffing needs, maintain accurate recruitment records, and continuously improve hiring practices. The Recruiter will uphold Lotus Care IN’s values by promoting fair, inclusive, and transparent recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with care professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online job platforms, and basic HR tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Sensitivity to the needs of families and care professionals, with a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory hiring.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing; experience in healthcare or home care is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
