Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities for various roles within Grofresh Agrofoods, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and timelines. This full-time, on-site position is based in Tumakuru and involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes with hiring managers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining job postings, engaging with potential candidates through different channels, and managing communication throughout the recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will help build talent pipelines, support onboarding activities,



and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. This role also involves collaborating with HR and operations teams to understand workforce requirements, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring process.

Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Tumakuru and collaborate effectively with HR, operations, and management teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, basic labor regulations, and inclusive hiring principles.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, or agro-based industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
