: Recruiter (Entry Level Talent Processing)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruiter to join our talent processing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying genuine IT opportunities, managing learner pipelines, and coordinating mentorship networks to ensure candidates are fully prepared and routed to the right career paths

Location:

Hyderabad, Hybrid (On-site visits required for campus hiring activities)

Shift Timings:

9.30 am to 6.00 pm

Work Mode:

Work From Office / On-Site

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identify genuine IT jobs, internships, and hiring opportunities across LinkedIn and other channels; post and manage listings on the @WiseCoder Telegram community.
1. Screen and analyze applicant profiles to effectively route them into appropriate free or paid training and placement services
2. Collaborate with the technical team to create, update, and maintain opportunity-specific preparation links and resources
3. Build, engage, and coordinate a pool of freelance mentors for technical training, mock interviews, and student evaluations.
4. Oversee learning platform activities, including course allocations, mock test scheduling, and monitoring overall candidate progress.
5. Take full accountability for the talent lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and outreach to candidate prep and service allocation
6. Support campus recruitment drives, walk-ins,



and institutional hiring events as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields).
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, community management, or Ed-Tech operations (Freshers with strong aptitude & communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication alongside strong interpersonal coordination skills
- Demonstrated self-responsibility, ownership mindset, & the ability to work independently to achieve objectives.

Technical Requirements

- Hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and applicant communication tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media workflows, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Workspace, and spreadsheet tracking.

Good-to-have Qualifications

- Prior exposure to tech recruitment, campus placement coordination, and Ed-Tech counseling.
- Understanding of core software engineering profiles and hiring cycles.
