? Role: Recruiter – Apprenticeship
? Location: Gurugram
? Stipend/Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
? Mode: Apprenticeship
? Experience: Freshers / candidates with relevant experience can apply
? Key Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for interviews and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports in Excel .
- Create hiring flyers, recruitment posters, and templates using Canva .
- Coordinate with colleges, placement cells,
and other institutions for recruitment.
- Collect, shoot, edit, and publish employee/candidate success stories.
- Support HR and employer branding activities through social media content.
- Handle other recruitment-related tasks as assigned by management.
✅ Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Recruitment & Hiring
- Good Excel skills
- Comfortable using Canva for flyers, posters, templates, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced HR setting
