Role Description: This is a full-time, in office Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and handling joining formalities.

The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for various functions such as project management, execution, operations, and factory roles, as well as working closely with department leads to understand staffing needs and role requirements. The Recruiter will also manage job postings, maintain recruitment data in HR systems, support onboarding activities,



and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with vendors and institutes for talent acquisition, preparing recruitment reports, and adhering to company policies and timelines.

Non-negotiables :

- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience — not just HR admin or operations support.
- Active, working proficiency with Naukri RMS, LinkedIn (sourcing/InMail), and at least one other job portal — not just posting JDs.
- Demonstrated ability to close positions independently within defined timelines. Must be able to cite examples.
- Strong, professional verbal communication skills — must confidently represent AIPL to candidates at all levels.
- Willingness and ability to recruit for technical construction/fit-out roles (civil, MEP, project management, site supervision). Domain comfort is mandatory within 30 days of joining.
- Must be based in Mumbai or able to join immediately from Mumbai without relocation support.
- Comfort with high-volume, multi-position recruitment without dropping data accuracy or candidate experience.
