What you will do

Source niche analytics and data profiles using Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, targeting the hidden talent pool rather than first-page active candidates.

Screen for real depth: validate the work actually done, the domain, and the tools, before any profile goes to a client. Manage candidates end to end, building trust from the first call and staying in control right up to joining day. Run our stage-based follow-up system, from T-1 confirmation and interview-day check-ins through to offer stage and pre-joining connects. Handle counter offers before they happen. Keep your pipeline clean and updated stage by stage.

What we offer

Fixed salary, paid every month regardless of closures.



We do not run one band for everyone; what you are offered depends on what you already bring and how quick you are willing to learn what you do not.

Monthly incentive on every joining, uncapped:

1 joining: 3,000

2 joinings: 10,000

3 joinings: 31,000

5 joinings: 55,000

7 joinings: 1 Lakh +

Plus 3% of the revenue you generate through the year, paid as a single annual amount.

Structured training from week one on the analytics domain, niche sourcing, screening technique and the full Uhire follow-up system. Growth path: Recruiter to Senior Recruiter to Delivery Manager, earned on closures, not years served.

Who we are looking for

1 to 3 years in recruitment, any background. Exposure to analytics, data or tech hiring is an advantage, not a requirement. Someone who measures the month in joinings rather than submissions, follows up relentlessly, and handles objections calmly without being pushy. Coachable and hungry, willing to run a structured system every day.

If you need a manager checking your tracker to stay on task, this desk will not suit you. We pay for outcomes, not effort.
