Experience : 1 to 8 years

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of journal entries, adjustments, and corrections.
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks such as posting debits and credits, updating accounts payable/receivable balances, and resolving discrepancies.
- Conduct regular reconciliations for bank statements, credit cards, loans, etc. to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of record-to-report (RTR) processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years' experience in Record To Report (RTR) or similar role with expertise in General Accounting principles.
- Solid understanding of GL Accounting software applications like [list specific systems if required].
- Proficiency in preparing complex journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets management & intercompany transactions.

Salary : It depends on the current CTC, and we can offer a 30% to 40% hike.
