- Handle incoming calls and attend to customer enquiries professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and business partners at the reception.
- Make follow-up calls to customers regarding insurance enquiries, renewals, and policy requirements.
- Collect basic customer details and coordinate with the concerned insurance/sales team.
- Maintain visitor records, call records, and basic office/reception documentation.
- Provide information about insurance products and guide customers to the appropriate team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
