We're looking for a friendly, organized, and communicative individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Counsellor.

Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in visitors and manage front-desk operations Handle enquiry calls and respond to messages/DMs regarding courses Counsel prospective students on course options, fees, and duration based on their goals and background Follow up with leads and support the admissions process Maintain student records and enquiry data (basic Excel/computer work)



Coordinate with faculty and management for scheduling and student queries Requirements: Valuable communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English Pleasant, patient, and customer-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp) Prior experience in front-desk, counselling, or sales roles preferred (freshers with the right attitude are welcome) Ability to multitask and manage walk-ins, calls, and admissions simultaneously Salary: 15,000 Incentives: Performance-based incentives available on admissions/targets achieved
