About ASK Textile Testing Lab

ASK Textile Testing Lab is a professional textile testing laboratory serving garment manufacturers, exporters, buying houses and global brands. We are expanding our team and are looking for a confident, customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend customers, visitors and vendors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and general enquiries.
- Coordinate customer visits and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
- Receive and maintain sample submissions and customer documents.
- Support the Customer Service and Sales teams with basic coordination.
- Maintain reception area, visitor records and relevant documentation.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing and administrative activities.
- Coordinate internal communication between customers and laboratory teams.
- Follow up on customer requirements and ensure timely communication.




- Maintain a professional and friendly image of ASK Textile Testing Lab.

Candidate Profile
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, email and WhatsApp.
- Good spoken English and Tamil.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with reception, front-office or customer-service experience will be preferred.
