nJob Description: Real Estate Sales Executive

nWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive for our Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon location. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities related to commercial real estate properties, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial units.

nWorking Schedule:

nMonday to Saturday (6 days working)

n

nTiming: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

n

nKey Responsibilities:

nGenerate and follow up on leads for commercial real estate sales

nMeet clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable properties

nConduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process

nNegotiate terms and close deals effectively

nMaintain solid relationships with clients and developers

nKeep records of client interactions and sales activities

nRequirements:

nExperience in commercial real estate sales is preferred

nGood communication and negotiation skills

nTarget-driven and self-motivated approach

nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
