nKey Responsibilities

- Handle sales of industrial plots and understand the complete industrial real estate segment.
n
- Generate and convert leads into site visits and successful closures.
n
- Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, documentation and investment aspects to clients.
n
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with investors, channel partners and clients.
n
- Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle.
n




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
n
- Stay updated with market trends, industrial zones and upcoming opportunities.
n

nWhat We're Looking For

nStrong knowledge of Industrial Plots / Industrial Real Estate

nPrior experience in industrial plot sales will be an advantage

nGood communication, negotiation and closing skills

nStrong client & channel-partner handling ability

nTarget-oriented and self-motivated approach

nGurgaon / Delhi NCR real estate market knowledge preferred
