Team Handling Experience: Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
- Set and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Drive lead generation, client meetings and property site visits.
- Monitor team performance and ensure consistent conversions.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance.
- Stay updated on Hyderabad’s real estate market, projects and customer trends.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with residential/commercial real estate will be an added advantage.
