Role - Luxury Sales Manager

Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra HNIs, family offices, CXOs, and premium investors.

- Understand client requirements and recommend luxury residential properties that match their lifestyle and investment objectives.

- Conduct property presentations, private previews, and site visits for premium projects.

- Guide clients through the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to property booking and post-sales coordination.

- Collaborate with leading developers to provide clients with exclusive inventory and investment opportunities.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture long-term relationships.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while ensuring a superior customer experience.

- Represent Estates professionally during networking events, developer launches,



and industry engagements.

- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Required Skills

- 3–10 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, premium developer sales, wealth management, private banking, luxury retail, hospitality, or relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Solid consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.

- Experience handling affluent or premium clientele is highly preferred.

- Passion for luxury real estate and high-value sales.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
