We are looking for a confident, energetic and camera-friendly Real Estate Content Presenter to become the face of our real estate brand across digital platforms.

The candidate will present property walkthroughs, real estate videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, interviews and educational real estate content.

Key Responsibilities

- Present real estate properties and projects confidently on camera.
- Host property walkthroughs and project tours.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
- Explain property features, specifications, pricing, location and amenities.
- Participate in interviews with property owners, developers, investors and industry professionals.
- Work with the content and marketing team to develop video ideas and scripts.
- Research property/project information before shoots.
- Deliver scripts naturally while maintaining an engaging on-camera presence.
- Participate in photoshoots and video shoots at properties when required.
- Represent the brand professionally across social media and digital platforms.

Requirements




- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Good voice modulation, pronunciation and presentation skills.
- Presentable personality and skilled appearance.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to speak naturally and engage an audience.
- Interest in real estate, business and digital content.
- Previous experience as a influencer or content creator is preferred but not mandatory.
