Job Title: React Native Developer

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated React Native Developer to join our mobile engineering team. You'll design and build user-facing features for our B2B fintech platform, working in an agile workplace where you'll own your work end-to-end. This role suits someone who is proactive, a fast learner and comfortable operating with a high degree of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and develop user interface components for JavaScript-based mobile applications using React Native.

● Take ownership of assigned JIRA items and deliver them front to back, including unit testing and signed-off UAT within an agile/scrum delivery model.

● Troubleshoot issues, resolve production incidents, and continuously improve front-end performance.

● Use Redux and related libraries to manage asynchronous API calls and application state and to improve the performance of mobile apps.

● Write reusable, scalable and maintainable JavaScript code and build interchangeable front-end modules.

● Coordinate with development teams and designers to build applications that run seamlessly across multiple platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





● Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

● 1–3 years of hands-on experience building Android & iOS mobile applications with React Native.

● Experience working in Git/GitHub.

● Proven expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+).

● Experience integrating RESTful APIs using Promises and async/await.

● Familiarity with Redux for state management and asynchronous data flows.

● Self-motivated, self-dependent and comfortable learning independently with minimal mentorship.
