we are looking for a role: React JS Developer experience : 5 + years notice period : Immediate - 15 days location : Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- UI Development: Build and maintain scalable, performant front-end applications using React.js.

- Data Grid Integration: Implement and customize data-intensive components using AG Grid, Handsontable, or React Table.

- Component Architecture: Develop reusable, well-structured components and manage application state efficiently.

- Data Handling: Work with complex data structures including nested objects, arrays, and maps; handle matrix operations where needed.

- Performance Tuning: Debug, profile, and optimize front-end code for performance and responsiveness.

- Testing: Write unit tests using up-to-date TDD frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library).

- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.





- Documentation & Reviews: Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Mandatory Skills:

- React.js Strong experience in component-based architecture and hooks.
- Data grids – Hands-on with AG Grid, Handsontable, or React Table.

- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 – Solid frontend foundations.
- Proficient in managing nested data structures and matrix operations.
- Strong debugging, performance profiling, and optimization skills.

- Experience with TDD frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or equivalent.

Good to Have:

- Working knowledge of GraphQL.
- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).

- Experience with CI/CD, code linting, and frontend build tools.
