Job Role :R&D; Executive

We are looking for an R&D; Executive – Personal Care who will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of cutting-edge personal care products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Personal Care R&D;/Formulation and a robust understanding of product development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development and formulation of personal care products from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct formulation trials, testing, and optimization of products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Packaging, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
- Coordinate with vendors and raw material suppliers for sourcing and evaluation of ingredients.
- Conduct stability and compatibility studies and maintain proper documentation.
- Support product improvement and reformulation initiatives based on performance, quality, and cost requirements.
- Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation, formulation sheets, trial reports, and product specifications.
- Ensure formulations comply with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on new ingredients,



technologies, formulations, and trends in the Personal Care category.
- Support scale-up and technology transfer from lab trials to manufacturing.

Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience in Personal Care R&D;/Formulation.
- Educational background in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with personal care product formulation and development.
- Good understanding of raw materials, their properties, and applications in personal care products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and product-driven environment.

Preferred Experience Minimum 1 Year Experience in categories such as skincare, haircare, body care, or other personal care products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
