Role & responsibilities

- Ensuring protected and efficient operation of the Raw Material Handling section.

- Monitoring receipt, unloading. Conveying and feeding of raw materials.

- Ensuring availability of limestone, additives, gypsum, fly ash, and other raw materials as per production requirements.

- Coordinating with Production, Quality, Stores, Mechanical, Electrical, and other service departments.

- Monitoring raw material quality, stock levels, consumption, and daily reconciliation.

- Ensuring smooth operation and availability of conveyors, feeders, and related equipment.

- Analyzing breakdowns, stoppages, and process deviations and implementing corrective actions.

- Ensuring proper housekeeping, dust control, pollution control,



and safety compliance.

- Monitoring material losses, spillage, power consumption, and operational efficiency.

- Supporting cost optimization, process improvement, and LEAP-O activities.

- Handling abnormal/emergency conditions and taking appropriate corrective measures.

- Providing instructions and training to subordinates and contract workers.

- Preparing daily operational and production reports.

- Performing other condition-based activities as assigned by the HOD.
