Key Responsibilities :

Qlik Sense & BI :

- Build and enhance interactive Qlik Sense dashboards and analytical applications.
- Manage QMC, QVDs, reload schedules, security, data connections and production support.
- Develop data models, scripts, KPIs and business-oriented visualizations.
- Improve dashboard performance, usability and adoption.

Python & Data Science :

- Use Python, Pandas and relevant analytics libraries for data analysis and automation.
- Automate repetitive business and reporting processes.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
- Develop analytical models and identify patterns, trends and business opportunities.
- Explore opportunities to apply AI/ML and predictive analytics where relevant.

SQL & Data Engineering :

- Develop complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures and data structures.
- Work with large datasets while ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Build reliable data pipelines supporting dashboards and analytics applications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize database performance.

Business & Supply Chain Analytics :

- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop analytics across Demand Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Operations.
- Identify business opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend actionable improvements.





Stakeholder & Team Leadership :

- Work directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Own analytics projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering to deployment and adoption.
- Provide guidance to junior analysts/data scientists.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics products and processes.

Experience & Qualification :

- 1.5 - 4 years of relevant experience with strong hands-on expertise in Qlik Sense, Python, Pandas and Advanced SQL, along with a good understanding of data modelling, BI and analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Q-Commerce, Retail or FMCG will be preferred, with knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse or Logistics being an advantage.
- Experience in AI/ML, predictive analytics, automation, large datasets and production analytics environments will be an advantage.
- Candidates should have a hands-on, agile and startup mindset, be comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrate robust execution focus.
- Educational Qualification : B.Sc. Mathematics MS in Data Science, or B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / IT MBA in Analytics, Operations or Supply Chain. MS in Data Science will be an added advantage.
